At Yoga Beach Girl, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Our returns and refunds policy applies to purchases made through our online store and is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in the countries where we operate.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed.
  • In their original condition, free from damage, stains, perfume or signs of wear.
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, certain products, including underwear and intimate apparel, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Any exclusions will be identified on the relevant product listing.

We reserve the right to decline change-of-mind returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Start a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Please do not send items directly to our suppliers or fulfilment warehouses. Our products may be dispatched from different international locations, so all approved returns must follow the instructions provided by Yoga Beach Girl.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns and Store Credit

For approved change-of-mind returns, Yoga Beach Girl offers a store gift card instead of a refund to the original payment method, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a digital gift card to the value of the eligible returned product.

Gift cards:

  • Can be used towards future purchases at Yoga Beach Girl.
  • Will be issued electronically.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Are subject to the applicable gift card laws in the customer's country.

Original shipping charges and return postage are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless required by law.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We want every Yoga Beach Girl order to arrive in perfect condition.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or another legally required remedy.

Customers will not be charged return postage for eligible faulty or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or style, please contact us before returning your item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Where an exchange is unavailable, we can discuss alternative options in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer laws.

6. Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Yoga Beach Girl cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit before they reach our designated returns address.

7. International Returns and Cancellations

Yoga Beach Girl welcomes customers from Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and other international destinations.

Consumer protection and cancellation rights vary depending on where you live.

European Union: Eligible online purchases generally carry a 14-day cancellation right from the date goods are received, subject to applicable exemptions. Customers must notify us within this period and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
